VictorArias, Jr.
Creating power for our communities in board rooms and executive line-ups doesn’t come quickly. Arias, Jr. has built a career breaking down barriers and ushering leaders of color into leadership positions in some of the world’s most competitive business environments. Through his work as Global Diversity Leader at Korn Ferry, Arias has placed top names in national advocacy organizations and Fortune 50 companies at an equally intense rate. Now Arias takes on a new challenge: as Chairman of the Latino Business Action Network, he’ll organize Latino entrepreneurs — an under-recognized giant of American industry — to flex and shape a new, more accurate narrative about this dynamic landscape.
